“Tracey is a warm and engaging coach, creating a safe space for the exploration of the things holding you back or pushing your buttons. But don't be lulled into a false sense of security... there is no getting out of doing the work here! As a white organizational leader, I really appreciated being able to work through issues of racism and equity at every level (individual, organizational and systemic) through my coaching sessions with Tracey. Tracey's insightful questions and activities stopped me in my tracks when I veered into overthinking and pointed me back to my own compassion and curiosity. Working with Tracey has made me a more honest and courageous leader.”

— Sarah J., Executive Director, Global Foundation: Executive Coaching Client

“Tracey Allard is an amazing leader, coach, and teacher. She is a pleasure to work with, good at engaging folks who are hesitant to participate using humor and warmth. As a coach, she listens, guides, and supports, building essential skills.”

— Hamra A., Sr. Director, Legal Services Nonprofit: Organizational Anti-Racism Client

“Tracey led a transformational strategic planning process for Custom Collaborative. She worked directly with our participants, staff, advisors, and board to uncover data that will shape our future. She is an outstanding counselor and consultant.”

— Ngozi O., Executive Director, Community-Based Organization: Strategic Planning Client

"Tracey is the real deal. We engaged with Tracey to conduct our organization's climate survey. She not only designed an assessment that extracted valuable insight to inform our thinking about organizational culture, but she facilitated honest conversations that balanced the people side with the systems/data side. Tracey is positive, thoughtful, engaging, and authentic all of which really enhanced our interactions with her and our ability to fully engage in change management."

— Erasma B., Executive Director, Community-Based Organization: Organizational Culture & Climate Client

Listen Up!

Summer 2020: everyone is putting out anti-racist statements on their websites and blacking out their IG feeds. Fine, but what does it ACTUALLY mean to start the journey of being an anti-racist organization? What does personal and professional DEI work look like for organizations? Expert consultants Tracey Allard and George Hsieh talk about their experiences of their anti-racist DEI work at Community Resource Exchange and how they help other nonprofits to do the work. We talk about fighting the urge to rush through the process in order to be "done", how to have uncomfortable conversations with your boss, board or funders about DEI issues. This is such a timely and rich conversation that all of us need to have now.
